In short: we compare prices, we sell nothing, and the shop's own price is what applies at the moment of purchase.
What this service is
eestihinnad.ee is a free price comparison service. We collect the prices Estonian online shops display publicly, match the same product across those shops, and show you where it is cheaper. We sell nothing ourselves, we do not broker purchases, and we are not a party to any sale.
Prices are indicative
Prices and availability come from the shops' own pages and may have changed since. Every price shows when it was last checked. The shop's own price and the shop's own terms are what apply at the moment of purchase. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.
Your account
Creating an account is optional and free. You are responsible for your account and your sign-in details. You can delete your account yourself at any time. We may close an account being used to damage the service — for example for automated bulk querying.
Content and rights
Product names, descriptions, images and trademarks belong to the shops and manufacturers. What belongs to us is their collection, matching and presentation. Automated bulk copying of data from this site is not permitted without an agreement.
Cookies and advertising
We ask for consent to use cookies on your first visit. If you accept, we use them for visit statistics and for advertising — the latter meaning Google's advertising cookies, which allow ad performance to be measured and more relevant advertising to be shown to you. If you decline, neither is stored on your device. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. The privacy policy describes it in more detail.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that a price, availability or product description is correct at any given moment, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on them. Complaints about a purchase are for the shop you bought from — we are not a party to that transaction. None of this limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will announce significant changes on the site and update the date below. Continuing to use the service means accepting the changed terms.
Applicable law
Estonian law applies. As a consumer you may take a dispute to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.
