Why do some packages have no channel count?

Most operators publish one and we show it. Three of Tele2's Go3 packages (Go+, TV+, Sport+) do not — those are streaming tiers rather than channel line-ups. They cannot be ranked by €/channel, so they are listed separately instead of with an empty cell.

What does €/channel mean?

The monthly price divided by the channel count. It says nothing about whether those are channels you watch — a low €/channel can simply mean many channels you do not need.

Are theme packs included in the comparison?

No. Theme packs and single channels are add-ons that are not sold as a standalone service, and comparing a €2 theme pack with an €18 base package would say nothing. Only base packages are compared.
